Aquanation and Aquahub open from Monday 21 June

We are pleased to announce we will be reopening the main pool, warm water pool and gym at Aquanation and Aquahub from Monday 21 June! Due to capacity limits a booking system will be in place. Bookings open 8.30am tomorrow, Friday 18 June.
We’re excited to welcome you back to our venues and support you in achieving your fitness and wellbeing goals.
Over the following days we will be busy preparing behind the scenes to ensure the reopening of our venues is as smooth and safe as possible, so you can have a seamless member experience.
Please note the following updates and important information relating to your membership and how you can book your next session.
Services available when we reopen
The services available from Monday 21 June will be as follows:
- Lap swimming
- Warm water sessions
- Gym sessions
- Outdoor bootcamp sessions (Aquanation only)

What do I need to do with my membership?
Aquanation, Aquahub and Lifestyle memberships (direct debit and fixed term)
Based on feedback from our patrons, we are introducing longer session times and making it more affordable for our members.
All memberships remain on hold, however to thank you for your loyalty we’re offering a flat $5 fee (members only) to attend any session. We hope to see you in our venues soon.

Squad and club access memberships
All memberships remain on hold, Individual clubs will contact you about training schedules and access.

Can I attend if I'm not a member?
There are two ways to book your session
1 - Maroondah Leisure app
If you already have the Maroondah Leisure App, bookings will open 8.30am tomorrow, Friday 18 June. If you don't have the app you will need to download it and set up your profile. Please allow 24 hours between setting up your profile and booking your first session. Click here for details on how to set up your profile and book a session.
2 - By phone
Call Aquahub on 9294 5500 or Aquanation 9298 4600 to book. Our Customer Service team will ask you a series of questions to book you into your preferred session. Visit our website <insert link to website> for session times.
All sessions must be booked in advance. No walk-ins will be accepted while COVID-19 restrictions are in place. Payment is to be made upon arrival - preferred payment is tap and go or credit card.

Mandatory check in with QR Code
Everybody is required to check in to our facilities using the Victorian Government's QR Code, regardless of how long they are on site. The QR codes are provided at the entrance and customer service counter.
