Ringwood Golf and Dorset Golf open from Wednesday 21 October
In response to the recent government announcements Ringwood Golf and Dorset Golf are reopening on Wednesday 21 October at 6.06am.

Please note that in accordance with current restrictions, Croydon Memorial Pool is open for lap swimming and all other Maroondah Leisure venues are subject to current restrictions. Please keep up to date on our website.
Please note the following updates and important information on how you can book your next round.

What do I need to do with my membership?

Golf only memberships
Before you return to play golf you can choose to reactivate your Golf membership. To do this simply opt-in by emailing us with your details here here. Check your email inbox for details about your membership fee and the 20% discount on this fee for the remainder of 2020.

All other membership types will remain on hold. For details about direct debits recommencing and any further information check out our Frequently Asked Questions and answers here.

Alternatively, if you choose not to reactivate your membership you can book and pay standard casual green fees. Your membership will remain paused. To book your next round see below.
Fixed Term golf memberships
Before you return to play golf you can choose to reactivate your Fixed Term Golf membership. To do this simply opt-in by emailing us with your details here here. Fixed Term Golf members will receive a 20% discount credit. This credit will be applied as an extension (of time) to your membership expiry date. This will apply for the duration that this discount is available.

Once you have chosen to opt-in and reactivate your Fixed Term membership, we will also extend your membership expiry date taking account of the period of time that the course(s) have been closed. If you choose to keep your membership on pause, you can play casually, and standard casual green fees will apply.
Lifestyle memberships
Lifestyle memberships will remain paused until further notice. If you are on a Lifestyle membership and still wish to play golf you can either book in and pay standard casual green fees, or you can vary to a Golf membership. To vary your membership please contact membercare@maroondah.vic.gov.au.

To book my round of golf

To book a round click here, set up your profile then simply choose your tee time. Bookings can be made online 8 days in advance. Online bookings open from:
  • 8:00pm Monday 19 October for play commencing from Wednesday 21 October - Saturday 24 October and
  • 9:00pm Monday 19 October for play commencing Sunday 25 October - Tuesday 27 October

Please note the reopening guidelines below when selecting your round.

Reopening guidelines:

  • Maximum of 2 players per booking (2 players per group).
  • All players must pre-book and no walk-ins permitted.
  • It is important that players arrive 10 minutes prior to their allocated tee time, no earlier.
  • Players maintain the required 1.5 metre social distancing.
  • Players practice good health hygiene.
  • 9 hole bookings only from 1st and 10th tee. (Based on current restrictions.)
  • No competitions will be played at this time.
  • No programs or clinics will be running.
  • No hire equipment available.
  • No practice facilities available.
  • There is no retail, food and beverage available from pro shops.
  • Building will be closed check-in will be available outdoors.
  • Buildings will only be open for usage of toilet facilities.
  • Golfers can only play at a course within 25 kilometres of their home, or permitted workplace.
  • Masks must still be worn when playing golf. Face mask requirements are located here.

To ensure patron and staff safety during this time, regular sanitising of common touch points will occur every day.  Other shared equipment such as sand buckets, bunker rakes, ball washers and drinking fountains have been decommissioned for patron safety.
