Work up a sweat at Aquanation

If you prefer not to dilly dally with your workout then Aquanation has a ripper option for you: High Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT).

This 45-minute small group training program consists of either a strength, metabolic conditioning or technical session and are designed around target-heart-rate zone training. And yes, it will be a sweat sesh! Participants are encouraged to wear their own MYZONE belt or they can participate without one. 

Classes are accessible to all members and guests over 16 years and held on the mezzanine level of the gym. Classes are capped at 8 participants and and bookings are open two hours prior to the session start time. Please book at customer service.

Members - $15 per session
Non-Members - $20 per session
(10 visit multi-passes are available for purchase)

Wednesday 7:00pm with Chris
Thursday 6:00am with Laura
