With more people heading back into our facilities, it’s important to remember to be kind to ourselves, our team members and to each other.
Here’s some tips:

  1. Be patient with other patrons. Change affects different people in different ways.
  2. Respect our team members and follow directions, they are there to keep everyone safe.
  3. Bring a towel to gym workouts and group fitness classes. If you forget, simply purchase one for $4.99 at customer service or in the gym. We don't want to turn you away.
  4. Wipe down gym equipment after use with the anti-bacterial spray and paper towel that’s provided.
  5. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your group fitness class to allow for check in.

Mandatory check in with QR Code

Everybody is required to check in to our facilities using the Victorian Government's QR Code, regardless of how long they are on site. The QR codes are provided at the entrance and customer service counter. If you are having difficulty using the QR code, please speak with one of our Customer Service team who will assist you.

We encourage our community to keep up to date on the COVID-19 situation by visiting the Department of Health and Human Services website or calling their hotline on 1800 675 398.

Thank you for your understanding, patience and continued support over the past months and we look forward to seeing you at our venues once again.
