A bit about me

I am a highly cultivated personal trainer, health mentor and a former athlete. Through the trials and tribulations of competitive sport, to an extensive journey in higher education and a lustrous love for health and wellness I have evolved into a fitness professional with a holistic approach. What I provide to every individual is education on the fundamentals of nutrition and exercise, mentorship and a suitable plan for the journey ahead.
