A bit about me

As an exercise science student, avid basketballer and self-confessed 'sneaker-head', I believe that exercise should be a staple in everyone's everyday lifestyle. Not only are we happier and more productive following exercise, it enables us to move more efficiently and with reduced risk of injury, whether that be performing day-to-day tasks at home, jobs on the worksite or out on the sporting field. There is a style of exercise out there for everyone and I can help set you on the right path towards achieving your goals and be there alongside you for every step of your fitness journey!
