A bit about me
In my 5 years in the industry I have trained all types of people who have reached goals of increased strength, fat loss, muscle gain and body transformation. I can help anyone find and remove their ‘handbrakes’ that are restricting their success in their health, fitness and wellbeing goals.
I use a holistic approach around nutrition, gut health, adrenal and thyroid issues, energy systems, sleep and managing stress, as well as the latest science based training methods. Every body shape can be changed if you want it to.
