A bit about me
I have worked in the fitness industry since 2001 and have always had an interest in health, fitness, and sports. I enjoy supporting my clients through muscle building and weight loss journeys. I enjoy the challenge of helping people reach their goals and have seen some impressive transformations amongst my clients over the years.
