Our new timetable starts Tuesday 28 January and we're gonna make you sweat with the introduction of Les Mills Grit to their timetable. This virtual class is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that's designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. We're also introducing a live RPM class on Tuesdays at 5:15pm. And we've got a couple of fresh faces - Michaela will be taking Pilates on a Wednesday at 10:35am and Nick a new recruited Personal Trainer who will be taking over Saturday 9:15am FITT.View our upcoming timetable
- For safety reasons and courtesy to participants, patrons are not permitted to enter a class once it has started.
- All Aqua class participants must be poolside five minutes prior to class commencement.
- Please bring a water bottle and towel to every class. A blanket and mat may be required for Yoga, Body Balance and Pilates classes.
- Participants must be aged 16 years and over to attend Group Fitness classes. However, once a month there will be designated group fitness classes for Teen Lifestyle Members.
