A fun-filled 45-minute high-energy, low-impact aqua class incorporating cardio and strength exercises to improve overall fitness and function. |
Aqua POWER |
A higher intensity aqua class designed to get results, incorporating interval training and conditioning work using dumbbells and noodles to build muscle strength and improve cardiovascular fitness. |
Aqua FUSION |
A gentle 45-minute aqua class perfect for anyone with conditions such as arthritis, back or joint problems. This class incorporates elements of Yoga and Tai Chi in warm water and is suitable for all abilities. |
Aqua MOVE |
A choreographed, energetic aqua class designed to keep you moving through the water and build up your cardiovascular fitness and strength using a variety of movements and equipment. |
Aqua YOGA |
Using modified yogic postures, this 45-minute class offers you the opportunity to explore movement, breath, balance and relaxation in a warm water environment. |
Aqua MOBILITY |
A slow paced 45-minute class that focuses on improving balance, posture and alignment. Designed for those with injuries or limited mobility. |
Active AQUA |
(Previously Age Friendly) This 45-minute low-impact warm water aqua class is designed for all fitness levels to improve overall fitness and mobility. |

- For safety reasons and courtesy to participants, patrons are not permitted to enter a class once it has started
- All aqua class participants must be poolside five minutes prior to class commencement
- Participants must be aged 12 years and over to attend group fitness classes.
- Teen Fitness Plus and Teen Lifestyle members aged 12-15 can participate in all group fitness classes with the exception of Warm Water Aqua. Casual teen users aged 12-15 can participate in all group fitness class with a parent or guardian with the exception of Warm Water Aqua.
