Hello! My name is Daniel Curtis. I’ve been a professional dancer for the last 10 years, and I was very privileged to travel the world and work with artists such as Jessica Mauboy. I transitioned into the fitness world during Covid and have loved every second of being a fitness professional. I’ve helped multiple clients lose 10kg to 20kgs of body weight, and to achieve their strength goals of bench pressing over 100kg and deadlifting 200kg.

Hello, my name is Luke and I have been working as a trainer since 2012. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong focus on strength training, as it is something I truly enjoy. Currently, I specialise in power lifting training which I actively competed in 2019. I am eager to participate in more competitions in the future. I firmly believe that weight training is essential for individuals at any fitness level. One of my proudest moments as a trainer was coaching one of my clients in his first power lifting competition in 2023. He achieved an impressive 1st place in the 90kg class and placed 7th overall out of 12 competitors, with a total weight lifted of 487.5kg. This accomplishment stands out as a highlight in my career.

Fitness, strength and gaining lean muscle are my passions. I have trained for nearly 40 years, so have the benefit of learning from years of trying and applying different training methods. In that time, I have seen the ‘latest’ boutique exercise themes come and go. What has remained constant is that the most effective programs are structured, personalised and are backed by research.
