Maroondah Leisure Retail Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your retail purchase you are entitled to a refund, exchange or credit within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the below conditions.
For a product to be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit, the following conditions must be met:
Maroondah Leisure reserves the right to refuse returns of items if they do not meet these criteria.
All returns, exchanges or credits must be approved by the Customer Experience and Sales Leadership team or the Duty Manager. All refunds will be provided in the original tender.
Returns, exchanges or credits will not be provided for gift cards or vouchers.
Faulty items
Maroondah Leisure are proud stockists of high-quality equipment and apparel and acknowledge that sometimes faults do arise.
Maroondah Leisure has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been worn or used prior to processing a refund, exchange or credit. Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after usage.
For golf equipment, if the fault is not major Maroondah Leisure may elect to repair the item within a reasonable time.
To be deemed faulty, the product:
- is not of acceptable quality; or
- is not fit for its intended purpose; or
- does not match its sample or description; or
- has a major problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you would have known about it.
