Membership Freeze (suspension)

Freeze your Gymnastics or Learn to Swim membership

All program members are entitled to 8 weeks general freeze each calendar year.

  • Your membership entitles you to eight (8) weeks freeze per calendar year for any reason, including medical and public holidays (a medical certificate is not required within this 8 weeks allocation).
  • A program freeze request must be submitted a minimum of three (3) business days prior to a direct debit date to be processed for the next debiting period.
  • Any freeze requests beyond the allocated eight (8) weeks per calendar year require a medical certificate. 
  • If you choose to freeze your membership your access to the facilities will also be frozen.

Freeze Gymnastics/Learn to Swim lessons - within 8 weeks allocation per calendar year

You can complete a general/personal freeze using our online customer portal. As an existing member you will have a profile on the portal already. 

How to access the online portal

You will either need to login, or setup a password.

  • Option 1 - I have already setup my user account -  Login
  • Option 2 - I have an account but this is my first time logging in: You will need to setup a password. Select "Setup Password" below and enter the email address linked to your existing account. You can these use these details to login. Setup password

Completing a freeze

  • Select Contract Details from the menu
  • Select the member whose contract you want to suspend from the drop down
  • Select the contract
  • Select Suspend/Freeze contract
  • Select date range 
  • Submit

You can complete a general/personal freeze using our online customer portal. As an existing member you will have a profile on the portal already.

If you need to freeze beyond your allocated 8 weeks per calendar year you will require a Medical Certificate to complete a medical freeze.

You can freeze your Wellness Plus, Fitness Plus and Swim Plus membership at any time. Freeze must be for a minimum of one week. 

  • Unlimited free membership freeze. No medical certificate required.

Golf and Lifestyle members

You can freeze your membership at any time. Freeze must be for a minimum of one (1) week. 

  • General/personal freeze is free for eight (8) weeks per year, after which regular membership costs will resume unless a medical certificate is provided.
  • You can freeze for medical reasons for an unlimited time period provided a medical certificate with relevant dates is attached. Medical freeze does not count towards the eight (8) weeks general/personal freeze. Medical freeze requires a medical certificate.

Update your personal and banking details

How do I update my email address, password and/or personal details?

  1. Access the Client Portal and log in using your username and password.
  2. Select 'Account' located at the top of the page and choose ‘Edit Profile’.
  3. Edit details as required.
  4. Select ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page.
