Aquanation's active adult classes can improve your health and fitness. Tailored to older adults with qualified personal trainers, we offer fun and social exercise options including adult swimming lessons, aqua aerobics and our strength training program.

Our tailored programs for older adults can improve or maintain the ability to lift, walk, bend, climb stairs and enjoy life! Strength and fitness training is also known to reduce significant health risks in older adults, such as falls, osteoporosis and diabetes.

Active Adults group fitness classes

Active Strength
Get your muscles working better than ever before with this low-impact strength workout. Incorporating all forms of equipment from barbells to resistance bands you will find strength in places you never knew existed.

Active Stability
A great class to start with, this program combination of cardiovascular, strength and core exercises all from a stable seated position. You will find that even the simplest movements can have a major impact on your health and wellness.

Active Adults small group training sessions
These sessions are limited to 18 participants per session and are run on the mezzanine level of the gym. Each session is different and involves strength, mobility, core and joint stability. Participants are required to get a session ticket from customer service.
