A bit about me
I'm a big believer in pursuing fitness for health. I aim to get your body stronger to help you do everyday tasks better and easier - this is called functional training. We all have busy schedules nowdays; I find that a good HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session is great for people on the go. Even if you only have 15 minutes, it's better than nothing to get your body moving.
