A bit about me

I learnt at a very young age the importance of customised training to ensure the best possible fitness outcomes including: feeling great, excellent results and injury prevention and rehab. After a long corporate career, I am actually aware of the dangers of weight gain, poor nutrition and lack of exercise. I strongly believe that everyone can improve their quality of life through exercise. This is achieve through empathy, motivation, a customised training plan and hard work
