Group fitness update: Aquanation and Aquahub

New group fitness timetables
This is not a drill, Aquahub and Aquanation are launching brand spanka timetables on Monday 8 October. 

And hot damn, these timetables are toit with both featuring all your fav's but also all Active Adults classes (suitable for older adults) are available in the one timetable.

Aquahub 

If you're keen to dabble in Active Adults classes at Aquahub, Active Gym gives you dedicated sessions in the gym where you can complete your tailored program and work out under the supervision of specialised Active Adults Instructors (you can attend any time during the 2 hour sessions). Active Sports is a social game of badminton and table tennis in our stadium, and if you’re lucky, you might get to have a hit with the instructor too!

And with the weather starting to warm up why not hop in the pool for our evening Aqua Aerobics classes 7pm Mondays and Wednesdays?

If you're wanting to dial your workout up a notch, hit up the Group Fitness studio for a high intensity Metafit bodyweight workout 7.45pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. The team at Aquahub really have your back this timetable looking after your both your body and mind with a Yoga and meditation double from Wednesday and Sunday mornings. There are also a couple of new instructors on the block too with Taylor taking Saturday 9:15am FITT and Debbie leading BODYBALANCE on Sundays at 4pm.

Aquanation

Aquanation have maintained their solid timetable game and this time around added  Active Small Group Training five days a week at 11am in the gym. There's also a new time of 12pm for Tuesday Active stability.
