NEW group fitness timetables
Dude. DUDE. New group fitness timetables start Monday 29 April and you best believe we've got the goods.
Want more classes and more variety? Then you'll be gushing over Aquahub's timetable. Launching over 50 new virtual classes in the main group fitness classes, Aquahub will be offering existing Les Mills classes including CXWORX, BODYBALANCE and BODYPUMP in a funtastic virtual format.
If you love to dance and tone up then you can keep living your truth with Virtual Les Mills BARRE. This toned up class is a 30-minute modern version of classic ballet training will shape and tone postrual muscles and build strength.
And funk machines listen up, cause Aquahub is now offering Virtual SH'BAM. This 45-minute class is a vibrant, unique and varied class showcasing seriously hot dance moves. But don't worry, you don't need to be a dancing queen, just someone who loves to shimmy and have fun.
Aquanation's solid timetable game is on point once again.
Yep, they've crushed it. Not only have they launched new classes and class times, but your fav's are back too.
Thursday morning HIIT and CXWORX return with Dean, plus the crew at Aquanation are launching a new Yoga Pilate Fusion class on Friday mornings at 10:35am with your girl Tori. This class combines the awareness of yoga with core strengthening, meditation and breath work. Enjoy a cool glass of chillax before the weekend with Kathy's 12:15pm Mindful Meditation class extended to 45 minutes.
And for some sprinkles on your cupcake, there's an extra TONE class at 5:30pm with Les Mills master trainer Daniel which will have you working the whole body.
Deep Water classes are back on the timetable after the summer break. On Monday and Wednesday at 8:30am and Thursday at 9:30am you can join in this uplifting aqua workout experience in a low-impact environment.
