Group fitness update: Aquanation and Aquahub

Get active this autumn with Aquahub and Aquanation's brand new timetables. Beginning Tuesday 18 April, both venues have brought their A-game with a heap of variety for your group fitness pleasure. Don't forget to grab your hard copy of the timetable from each site. 


A fresher timetable promises to delight this autumn!

Mondays see Bodypump and Yoga back to back from 9:15am - a better fit for busy parents on the go. Monday FITT moves to 5:45pm giving more flexibility for the after work race to the gym. 

Head to our unique FITT studio for a more authentic experience for all our FITT classes: 5:45pm Tuesday and Thursday FITT swap studios. 

We've also better aligned with child care to ensure consistent timing and added 5 minutes to the start time of any 10:30am and 11:30am class on our timetable. 

Keep your body and mind fit before winter sets in on Wednesday nights with 5:45pm Boxing with Greg, and 6:45pm BodyBalance with Kerrie pairing up in the main studio. 

The tail end of the week presents a brand new class experience including Barre on Thursday mornings at 9:15am. This class tone-tastic class a fusion of dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises incorporating ballet barre. Barre promises to strengthen, tone and stretch your body. 

Thursday Yoga with Gayle moves to 7:45pm in the main studio giving you even more space to unwind or organise a hectic household before class. 

And by popular demand, all new Warm Water Aqua kicks off with Judy on Fridays at 10:35am. You can also kick off the Friday party vibes with 5:45pm Zumba. 

A big welcome to Laura too, who joins our timetable for a new 10am Sunday Yoga experience. 

Don't forget about our all new Virtual Cycle classes including Les Mills Virtual RPM and Power Music's Revolution indoor cycling experience. With 25 new 30 minute Virtual Cycle classes to choose from, you're sure to find something to compliment or supplement your group fitness or gym workout plans. We know Aquanation members love group fitness and it's not long now until we launch our biggest group fitness timetable to date. 

Wednesdays see the introduction of BODYPUMP and CXWORX at the time of 11:45am and 12:15pm for those who want a quick workout in the middle of the day. 

Due to popular demand, we've got an additional Tabata30 class on Mondays at 4:30pm with Nic and Saturdays at 10:35am with Dean. 

You can also enjoy the benefits of Myofascial Release classes to assist with mobility and recovery. And trust us, you'll love this class as it provides 'trigger point' therapy with a hint of fun. 

Keep your body and mind restored with the introduction of Restore Yoga with your fabulous instructor, Kristen. This 90 minute restorative treat is the perfect way to give back to your mind and body. 

If a faster pace is more your jam, you can keep pushing your limits in the spin studio. We've responded to your feedback with five more SPRINT classes, two cycle along with a one hour RPM HP class - definitely not for the fainthearted.

HIIT the water this autumn with our two new HITT Aqua classes. These sessions will definitely elevate your heart rate as we take you through an engaging and challenging workout that will leave you wanting more. 

Wednesdays see our early birds punching their way through the morning with a double Boxing session. We also welcome Amy who will be taking over Saturday morning Boxing - don't be fooled by her smile, she is an assassin!

You can wind down the week with Dharma taking you through meditation, the perfect way to ease into your weekend and give back to yourself.
