Group fitness update: Aquanation and Aquahub

Get a spring in your step with Aquanation and Aquahub's new group fitness timetable beginning Monday 9 October. Don't forget to grab your hard copy of the timetable from each site. 


Aquahub's new group fitness timetable is a one-stop shop for keeping this active this spring because Virtual Cycle and all live group fitness classes are together on the one timetable. 

Aquahub is also thrilled to welcome Joyce to their timetable for a much anticipated prime time Tuesday 7:45pm Barre class. 

And by popular demand, your mind body experience will move to the mind body studio on Thursdays at 7:30pm with Gayle and Sundays at 10am with Laura. That means more privacy, soft carper and that cosy smaller studio vibe you love at hub. 

Why not add a little old-school awesomeness to your workouts with Retro Cardio on Saturdays at 10am with Denise.

Aquahub also have a few new faces in the FITT studio including Friday FITT with Ben at 9:15a and Saturdays at 9:15am with Claudia and Kelly. Saturday 7:45am Tabata and Sunday 9:15am Cycle have been withdrawn due to low attendance.

Drumroll please, Aquanation have a brand new Group Fitness Coordinator, Sara Hughes. Sara is looking forward to meeting you all, you can even check her out in action on Saturdays where she teaches 8:15am BODYATTACK and 9:20am BODYPUMP.

For the Aquanation timetable, Friday morning 6am BODYPUMP is back by popular demand and there'll be a new BODYBALANCE class on Wednesdays at 7:30pm in the Mind Body Studio. 

Aquahation are also introducing some new class formats due to member and instructor feedback including Trigger Point on Fridays at 9:20am with Maree in the Mind Body studio and Cycle Beginners on Saturdays at 9:30am with Jeanette in the Cycle Studio.
